I just had a Hazed and Infused dry hopped ale from Boulder Brewing. They say the infuse( dry hop) with Crystal and Centenial but on aroma and back pallet all i get is a grassyness/woodyness similar to Saz hops. Is that how Crystal hops taste? I believe Centenial have a more citrusy aroma and back palett. I just don't get the Centennials in this and I don't know much about Crystal. Could someone help me out. It is a good beer I was just expecting that citrus hit you in the face and smack you around flavor. Thanks
