I am going to try to get the last of the dark belgian out of the barrel this weekend....I have a keg for Jerid to fill, so hopefully that'll kill it. If not, I'll repost in case anyone else wants some.

With that said, this barrel will be free and with our upcoming move, it's got to go. If anyone wants it, please let me know. Remember, this beer ended up being a sour, so I wouldn't recommend using it for anything without some sort of bugs.

Consecration?

That might work.

Do you think there's too much bourbon left in it? If so we may be able to just flush it out with a long soak in water and then back flavor it with some wine. Or we just do a golden strong or tripel in there with brett. I'm game for either.

I think the something golden and Belgian would be awesome!
