I'll be brewing an all-grain batch Friday night. It will be partially for Iron Brewer...still deciding whether to do a watermelon wheat or a watermelon Kolsch. Regardless, I'll be starting around 4:30, let me know if you'd like to swing by!

Decided not to brew today (sat) because I had enough heat last night.

Here is the recipe for the base wheat beer that I will be adding watermelon to. I am going to add pureed watermelon as fermentation starts to slow. Not sure yet how much.

Watermelon Wheat
American Wheat or Rye Beer

I was just getting ready to start a 10 gallon batch. I got out the scale and bag of Pils malt and said F-it. It's just too hot right now. I may start it later tonight but will probably just wait until tomorrow.
